CommentTrees have begun to bloom, flowers in every color burst forth from their winter hibernation, and baby animals take their first steps as the modern world stands still. With the changing of the seasons comes a change in what we are knitting and - oh boy are we excited about Quince & Co’s new Linen Remix 2020 This collection of patterns looks back on the past ten years of gorgeous linen projects and re imagines them with fresh eyes. Who says dreamy knitwear is just for winter?

COVID-19: MOVING TO ONLINE ONLY
CommentDear fiber friends, we hope you and your loved ones are healthy and safe. We've continued to adjust our operations as the situation with COVID-19 develops. In response to Governor Baker's orders, I am closing our physical shop entirely until April 7th. Private shopping appointments are discontinued. For now, we are continuing online orders and local deliveries. This is a very difficult time for all of us, and small businesses and our families are struggling immensely. I ask that if you are able to support us, during this crisis please do so. I am so grateful to each and every one of you who has found ways to support us in the last couple of weeks.
We are working hard to adapt to a situation that is changing very quickly. Until further notice, we are hosting Virtual Knit Night over zoom. Please join us this Thursday. Workshops are also moving online, starting with Portuguese Knitting and Tea and Tarot. Ana will continue being available for phone and video yarn and project consults.
With immense gratitude,
Ana & the Circle of Stitches Team
A Message to Our Community Regarding COVID-19
2 CommentsDear fiber friends, we find ourselves in the midst of a crisis affecting us both globally and locally. We hope you and your loved ones are healthy and safe. We are committed to ensuring the safety of our community while doing our best to weather this storm. Locally owned, small businesses are already feeling the economic impacts of COVID-19, and many are at high risk of closure. We are asking our community to support us during this difficult time, and do so as safely as possible.
We will continue to monitor the development of COVID-19 and adjust our operations as necessary. We ask that if you are high risk or symptomatic, please self-quarantine. We know how important crafts are in helping us through turbulent times, and we have several options to keep you stocked. Please take advantage of our Drive Thru Service by placing an order online or by calling us at 978-745-9267. We will happily run out your order to your car. We are also offering free home delivery in Salem, Swampscott, Marblehead, Peabody, and Bevelry for purchases over $30. For online shoppers, we are now offering free domestic shipping on purchases over $50. No coupon is needed for either option, simply select the appropriate option when you check out online. We can also videochat you from the store to help you pick out the right project or yarn!
If you would like to visit us in person, please know we have strict disinfection procedures we are following throughout the day. Until further notice, we are limiting shop occupancy to no more than 5 people at a time. We have plenty of space, so please practice appropriate social distancing when visiting. We will be keeping the door locked, please knock or call 978-745-9276 when you arrive. Please note we are running reduced hours. If you are high risk and would like to browse, please contact us to arrange a private shopping appointment.
We will continue to monitor the developments of COVID-19 and will abide by any state or federal guidelines as the situation develops. If you are looking for an easy way to support your favorite local business (not just us, but other shops and restaurants as well), please consider purchasing a gift card for a friend or to use at a later date.
With our deepest gratitude,
Ana & the Circle of Stitches Team
