This past weekend, we joined Andrea Mowry’s 2024 Spring KAL Challege: To cast on a Traveler Hat on Thursday, May 23rd, and cast on before 12 pm Eastern on Monday, May 27th.
Andrea designed this hat to be knit in two different gauges, fingering and worsted weight. I went with Brooklyn Tweed Shelter, her recommendation for worsted weight, and ended up using Pollen, the same as her sample hat. I forgot how much I love working with Shelter, it’s so squishy!
